Yesterday we spent the morning procuring food for the next two months. As one of our friends commented when Bryan posted this photo on Facebook, "That looks like God's Blessing packed into the back of your van!" That pretty much sums it up. The best part is that we won't have to do this again until the Spring Equinox.
For dinner this evening, I roasted about 15 lbs. of ham to use over the next couple months. Now I'm trolling for some great prices on hamburger and chicken.
