Gobs of Granola

Since Emelie's Horse Judging meeting was cancelled due to snow, I decided to take advantage of an evening at home to stock up our granola supply. Bryan takes a cup of this to work every day, so I always want to make sure we have it on hand. I made 7 batches for a total of around 95 cups. The house smelled so good, and the children kept hanging about to try to snitch some off the trays. It does taste best fresh out of the oven!
