Menu Plan Monday - September 13, 2010



I picked up a new cookbook the other night for only $4.99. It's called 1001 Short, Easy, Inexpensive Recipes. Sounds like we were meant for each other! Since the pantry will echo from emptiness when we return from Florida, we'll spend some time at the grocery the day after we get back.

Right now we're scraping the bottom of the food-supply barrel. I should still have the ingredients to serve:

Monday  - Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Tuesday - Mexican Casserole

Wednesday (AWANA)- Cold Cuts, Chips

Thursday - Cheeseburger Pie

Friday - Sweet & Sour Sausage, Noodles

Saturday - Drive to Disney World!!!!

    5 days! 5 days! You leave for Disney in 5 days!!!! :) Can't wait to see the pics from this trip! Sooo excited for you guys. Wish we were leaving too.

    I tried to find the cookbook at our library but nothing came up under title search. Care to share the author? =)

    Good question, but there is no author! It's published by cookbookresources.com. I couldn't find it on Amamzon either, so maybe it is only available at Borders?
