We hope that you had a blessed Resurrection Sunday! Grandma Nan came up and we enjoyed a delicious dinner. Over the weekend I also got together with some of the girls on my floor from my freshman year of college. I should post some pictures because we all look exactly the same (right, Megs?)!
This week our family is certainly enjoying the fact that many of our activities are on Spring Break. We won't be taking any more time off after the California Adventure, but we'll enjoy having some low-stress evenings!

Tuesday (Horse Judging, Mom's Meeting) - Chicken Broccoli Skillet
Wednesday - Broccoli Ham Ring (this is so good - you have to try it!)
Thursday (Brigitta's Birthday) - Chinese Buffet to celebrate
Friday - Italian Sausage Sandwiches, Baked Potatoes
